Armed with a Bachelor of Social Science degree with a focus on Politics, Public Policy Formulation, and Administration from the University of Cape Town (UCT), Ulpha brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Her journey began in the private sector, where she served as a business development officer, honing her skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
